We wrote this from Qashier's own published pages. It includes the parts where they beat us, because a comparison that does not would not be worth reading.

Qashier figures are taken from qashier.com/sg/software-pricing and /sg/mdr-rates on 2 August 2026 and are quoted as published, exclusive of GST. Their rate card and the FAQ on that same page disagree with each other on in store card and e wallet rates, so we have used their online rates throughout, which is the like for like comparison for a diner paying by phone at the table.
Two different shapes. Qashier charges a fixed monthly fee and a lower rate on payments. We charge nothing fixed and a higher rate on payments, because we use Stripe rather than our own rail. Which one wins depends entirely on how busy you are.
Once you are past roughly S$8,000 a month of card and QR volume, Qashier is cheaper than us on paper, and the gap grows as you get busier. Their payment rail is their own and they price it below what Stripe charges us.
We would rather you learn that here than on your third payout. If your dining room is already busy every night, tell us on the call and we will be straight with you about the numbers.
What the difference buys, when it goes the other way: nothing fixed on a quiet January, nothing at all on cash, no terminal you are still paying off in month twenty three, no contract to get out of, and money that settles into your own account instead of ours.
Including us. Take these to every vendor on your shortlist and write down the answers. Most of the cost of a POS is in the answers people do not ask for.
We are happy for you to bring this list to us. If we answer one of these badly, we would rather hear it from you than not hear it at all.
Tell us your average ticket and how many covers you do on a Friday, and we will work out what Simpli would actually cost you. If the answer is that you are better off elsewhere, we will say so.
